Flint Women’s Forum is a non profit organization and governed by a board of directors. Each board member takes on a specific role to assist for a smooth operation of processes and procedures. Those interested in becoming a board member for the next fiscal year, should contact the current President, before April 2024. The fiscal year is from July to June each year.
FWF has a handbook including by-laws and a list of current members. The latest by-law update is dated 10/2014.
